Achy body from Fibromyalgia

It's almost 3 am and my eyes are sleepy but my back and upper body aches. I'm going to take 8 Mgs of muscle relaxer instead of 6 mgs. Going to bed soon so, goodnight all 💤🌗

What's muschial relaxer lv never been prescribed any thing like that ?

Hi Hidden One of the main muscle relaxants used is called ''Baclofen'' I have pasted you a link below to the NICE cache on this:

If you need anything like this you would have to talk to your doctor as it is only available on prescription.
