So why do doctors prescribe this? Well one of the most influential clinical trials into how to treat CFS suggested that graded exercise worked. It was called the PACE trial.

Thanks for posting. I think the only time graded activity would work is if youre getting better anyway and just need to build up fitness. Other than that it is a load of....rubbish. i hope this report slates the trial.
