Very grey day here in Devon but Oh! how I wish I could surf! Something for the future maybe? If I could stay asleep long enough I could dream about it!

Hi, sunny here for the moment in southeast, but forecast for heavy rain later grr. Wouldn't it be lovely to go out on the waves, and just forget your pain, and lack of sleep. Think I would lay on board and fall asleep on the waves lol. Take care and I hope your day brightens up.x

Had my PIP refused this time even when I had been awarded it til 2019 . I went for a assessment and then next minute told didn't qualify . However, having reading the advice I asked for a review and just waiting for reply. It's important that you think you really about how your fibro affects you and the impact it has on you in your daily life and how you say it .. Because, fibro doesn't seem to register with them as been a life changing condition . How it is the after effects of a daily routine that is what really impacts on your life . I also have osteo and because I have the range to bend over and provide the pinch test then I'm fit n well. What fail to see is how long I've been on controlled drugs and meds for over 5 yrs coping with the constant pain I experience every minute of the day. Even the meds are not covering it especially after physical work. I can't even enjoy a good family day out without having to think what I should limit myself to doing . The info I got of the site mentioned to request your letters n diagnosis of the doctors which I have done to . Which I will send to them also and will see what happens next. But, a thank you to everyone for their advice on this site.

Hi Louise19691, I am so genuinely sorry to read this, and I sincerely hope that you can get your PIP back. I did not know that they could assess you 3 three years ahead of time? Please take care of yourself.

Yes, but we could have done with the really heavy downpour just now. Had over half a inch in twenty minutes yesterday afternoon on the edge of Lyme Bay.
