Hi Dimplez18

I sincerely hope that it felt good for you and relieved your pain! Magnesium is an important factor for good health, and I have pasted an excerpt and a link the the *NHS Choices cache on this issue:

*Introduction

A magnesium test is used to measure the amount of magnesium in your blood.

Magnesium is a metallic element that's found mainly in the bones and is essential to life.

Abnormal magnesium levels can occur in conditions that affect the functioning of your kidneys or intestines.

A magnesium test may be recommended as part of a series of tests if you have symptoms such as nausea, weakness or cardiac arrhythmia (irregular heartbeat). You may have abnormal levels of magnesium, calcium or potassium in your blood.

I want to sincerely wish you all the best of luck, and please take care of yourself.

All my hopes and dreams for you

Ken

I take a magneseum supplement every morning and feel it helps especially with muscle pain. I've heard the oil is a good way to get it straight to areas that hurt and not to put added pressure on your digestive system.

Hi Dimplez18 my 88 year old auntie is full of pain from arthritis, do you or does anyone know if magnesium oil would help her and if so which is the best one to buy? I hate to see her sudden twitches of pain and her reassurance that she's ok when I know she's not. Thanks x

Thanks for that info, mwill try it 👍😊
