thats a shame . just remember that the citizens advice people are all volunteers . and everyone's an individual . it's a real shame you found a bad one , just try not to let it ruin your image of them . ive been to my local branch lots of times and they always bend over backwards to help .

Hi Shahanara123

Under the circumstances I think that the best thing you can do is to find yourself a different advisor.

Have you ever contacted Janet our own benefits advisor? I am sure she will be able to point you in the right direction. Here is the link to all of her details:

Hi Shahanara123

I am so genuinely sorry to read this, and I personally do not believe it to be an acceptable level of behaviour from somebody at the CAB. I want to sincerely wish you all the best of luck with your claim.

All my hopes and dreams for you

There could be a medical reason for the yawning; There are conditions concerning lung function which cause this. It probably wasn't intentional rudeness.

Please don't assume that all CAB Offices have people working for them like this Shahanara123.

I have visited my local office on numerous occasions and have spoken to several people, all of them volunteers. They have been helpful and should they not know the answer to my query, they would find someone who did, or give me the number of one of their other offices that deal with my problem, on the last occasion, to a lovely, very helpful lady, who has helped me through ESA, DLA and PIP, each time spending 2-3 hours completing the forms, at my home.

Sorry this is so long I just wanted to assure everyone that most CAB Offices are brilliantly helpful.

Wishing you all the best with your claim.

Sending everyone healing hugs for a relatively pain free day. x πŸ•. x. πŸ•
