Thank you very much to all those fellow fibro survivours ho responded to my post,  there was so much positivity and caring in those replies i feel much better now i had a decent sleep ( more than 4 whole hours      and love and gentle hugs to you all, im not sure 1 day to the next which illness is causing what, but sod that you all helped me feel better and the ok mask is firmly back on today, peace, love and gentle hugs to you all xxx
