Celery Emu oil

I received the Emu blue cream today so I will try it tonight, this version comes from America, Its a cream no smell and light blue in colour So we will see how I go Got it from Amazon. Also for all you celery addicts Iv been making apple and celery smoothies I'm now green all over It may help we will again see. The other cream I use is called double base you can only get this from you doctor only I find this very good don't smell and remember self massage is good for you and feeds the brain Any way fibro friends have a good day don't think pain! think happy!!!!! not pain Wish you all well, England to beast Ireland Rugby tomorrow

It is not being green all over that you have to worry about it is the tme to worry if you start sprouting leaves out of the top of your head!

Let us know how you get on with the Emu cream. I too believe in gently massaging cream in I use Musselflex as it definately has a soothing, warming effect.x

Rose whine Gess what I went out and people are throwing salt over me There are loads of different emu creams and oils, this one is light blue I thought it was toothpaste, I rubbed it in tonight it goes right in don't lay on top of the skin Funny thing is my legs have been really good today and ihad three celary and apple smoothys today OOOOOOOO Spooky is the celary man instead of he sand man 🕸🕸☘☘☘☘☘

You made me laugh out loud as I had just been in th kitchen and I have an old 1950's Celery Man pot of my mother's in the kitchen that I keep all my utensils in and had just read your post and it started me giggling which can only be to the good. I happen to be all in green today so perhaps I am turning into a Celery stick as well my hair often resembled the top of a piece of celery in the mornings.

You had much sleep ? what was the name of the cream you use ?

It is Musselflex which is made from green lipped mussels. It is a slightly cheaper form of something which is,advertised all the time called Pernaton gel and I find it just as good. It is sort of cool to out on and then warming strange to explain.

Sleep what is sleep? I am a member of the insomniacs club used to sit up and read etc but try not to now and just listen to music. Think I have gone down with this fluey thing everyone around here has got so sore throat, thick head and even more aches than usual so OH has told me to stay on bed but when you don't sleep it seems a long day and night but our settee isn't very comfy so I suppose best place.

Don't mention Philadelphia I will start a craving used to love that on crackers.x

If I didn't take Loranzipam 3x 1 mg I wouldn't sleep Trouble is I'm adicted to them now But my arthrighters docters told me that sleep is very important when you got Fibro I'm still having the cellary smoothies

Thanks Ken I will give the cream a go But I think the double base cream / gel I get from docter is ok too
