Hello everyone I'm feeling a whole lot better today I never thought I was going to get here but I think I'm going to have rest of the week off work before I go bk cos ive not done my exercises last few days and need to build up my mucles again

Man U Iff exercises helps you carry on mate You don't have to let me know I'm only going by my own opinion exsperiance AS I DO HAVE SERVERE FIBROMYGIA AND TINNATAS I think we spoke befor didn't we I hope you can grasp what that's like 😊
