Hello there

The probable cause of this is that you are not drinking enough clear fluids. Your urine should be a very pale yellow.

Another reason could be that you have a mild urine infection. If you try drinking lots of water to try to flush your system through, and it is still the same colour, perhaps a trip to your GP would be a good idea?

Feeling completely rubbish is a major symptom of having a urine infection. (I've had so many urine infections I'm quite clued up on them).

Try to limit your intake of caffeine as much as you can. Also don't drink any pure fruit juices.

Don't hold off too long from emptying your bladder if you can possibly help it.

I am not medically trained, and am just speaking from lots of experience.

If you have any burning when you empty your bladder it would be a good idea to see your GP.

I do hope that some of this helps.

Wishing you calmness and peace

Lu

There are lots of viruses and bugs going around at the moment.

Try to make sure that you drink lots of water. That will help to flush your system through.

If its just a tense headache I hope it goes away soon but prob I'm going to have is while I've been feeling bad I've not done my exercises and my mucles will be weak again and need building up

I find vit b in all its forms inc asparagus and a few other foods, does that to me. Bright yellow, but as mentioned it could be a spot of dehydration too. Infections are usually more towards brown, old straw colour, fresh straw is the perfect colour so bright yellow watered down would be the right shade ;) Don't worry unless it starts to smell or sting or you get pain when you pee, then get it checked. Read the link it will hopefully reassure you.

Sounds like classic dehydration to me dark urine and headaches. The first one of the day is usually a bit darker. Your not looking for completely transparent water like pee but as mentioned a very light yellow pee. I am sure there will be charts on the Webb somewhere!

Personally I would up your water intake and see how things go. Remember coffee is a strong diuretic and tea can be as well. Any pain back to Drs in case you have an infection.
