Pain Meds.

Having read many posts regarding meds. I don't seem to have found one yet that mentions Palexia (Tapentadol) I take slow release 100mg tabs. 1 every 12 hours.

I have been on them for 3years now, they do help a lot but I still get flare ups and breakthrough pain.

How many of you are on it? Does it help you?

I have fibro. Osteo A. and spinal stenosis too. I am due at the Hospital for a review soon so hope more help will be available. Life is so difficult now.

Just taken a look at it online, and it seems to me to make perfect sense to take it, I have similar spinal probs. It makes me wonder why it's not more widely prescribed. I'm going to talk to my GP about it. Currently on Tramadol with paracetamol for the OA probs. I will watch your replies with interest 🐸

I am so genuinely sorry to read this and I have pasted you a link to another post that discusses this medication.

I would discuss exactly how you are feeling at your next appointment to ascertain if there is anything that they can add to your prescription to help alleviate your pain.

All my hopes and dreams for you
