Hey guy just been told i have fibro and in really bad pain with my legs hands feet and shoulders im on medication just need to no if there is anything that can help more with the pain like change of diet ect thanks xxx

I sincerely hope that you are feeling as well as you possibly can be today? Welcome to the forum and it is wonderful to make your acquaintance. I am so genuinely sorry to read that you are suffering and struggling and I sincerely hope that you can find some resolution to these issues.

I personally use a TENS Machine when my pain gets too much for me. I also do physiotherapy daily. I want to genuinely wish you all the best of luck.

My pain would worsen dramatically if I didn't get my chips and pizza. I do know someone with fibro who has researched this and believes there are foods to avoid, diet lemonade being one. Forget what she said exactly but I think it's the artificial sweetener.
