Not a good day

I've a bad pain day and apart from a bath & toilet breaks, spent all day in bed today. Still in bed as it hurts to move around.

Think I have overdone it last few days walking around shops etc. body gave up on me today 😞

I am so genuinely sorry to read this and I want to sincerely wish you a speedy recovery. I think it is that time of the year when mundanes (folk without a disability) feel drained with Xmas shopping, let alone us Fibromites. Please take care of yourself.
