What can i do when their is jobs to do but my body wont let me its getting me so Angree Just going shopping with my daughter my bodys killing me . and just tied all the time went to see gp last week demaned to go and see someone as since being diognoed with fibro was discharged with no follow up just given meds, meds ,meds,which most didnt agree with me and had side affects from . The pain is so bad sorry to moan 😕😕😕

I'm with you. So frustrating! It's there, looking at you, waiting for you. You-just-CANT.

This time of year doesn't help either. This will pass because everything changes. I don't mean you will get up one day and it's all better. Some days I just cope better. I do hope you will be able to do same. xx Tulip

I am so genuinely sorry to read that you are suffering and struggling so much at this time, and I sincerely hope that you can find some resolution to this. I think you are totally right, and so are your respondents. The trouble with Fibro is that you cannot push yourself too hard or it bites back with ferocity. As betty67 says, ''Your body is screaming at you STOP. If you don't listen it gets worse.'' Please take care of yourself.

It may be worth going to see a different GP at your surgery if this one will not help? Or if there is a local walk-in centre near you it may be beneficial to pay them a visit?

I want to genuinely and sincerely wish you all the best of luck.

Have you read anything about pacing ? It works well to help with only doing what your body can cope with. I'm sure someone here can give you more information.

Being angry might be making it worse as you will be tense . I think any form of relaxation or meditation is brilliant. There are lots of free apps on line for phones or tablets. Please try it even if you think it's not for you. Even 10 minutes at first will help.
