My morning started at 3am so must b nearly bed time now lol had loads o hugs already today there is a good side t most things and I have been blessed in life to find it. Good morning xxxxx

Good morning, three must be the witching hour because I always wake up about three, it does not matter what time I go to bed I always wake up that time,strange that. I'm off for my B12 injection this morning and food shopping, so not a very nice outlook for me, it's the putting away after and then getting a meal, Chippy today for us couldn't cope with getting dinner as well. You must always try to see the positive pluses of our lives or I personally would go under with all the negativity of this terrible illness. Everyone have best day you can.

Thanks ken got up went to work had a good day. I know our condition is not nice the pain fatigue brain fog etc etc but I am determined that I will b happy n enjoy life regardless. Lol life is good n as insomnia seems to be a new member of my symptoms I get to enjoy more life lol . I always look on the bright side of life , de dum lol xxxxxx love n hugs t u xxx
