Paying the price today

Hi just a quick up date my daughter managed two hours yesterday at her learning group she had no sleep the night before looked so tired acid reflux was awful any way last night back was in agony pain in ribs and knee still in bed couldn't make it today

Both of you need to take care. I was bothered by really bad reflux to the point only vomitting made me feel better, I had my gall bladder removed and it certainly help. I still take occasional tablets for it. Has your daughter asked GP about it?

Hello Hollie121, So sorry to hear of your great pain and now you are resting in bed,,, I have found that pushing myself too hard is not worth the stress,,,,,and poor sleep is a terrible way to start the day,,,,,please rest and get your strength back,,,learning can be done in bed,,,,,ttfn from Karen.
