For people who understand

Hiya everyone.. Having a really bad flare at moment.. Every part of my body is hurting.. Not sure if it was the duloxtine.. But had to stop taking it..definitely wasn't agreeing with laying in bed.. Praying it will settle.. So tired and make matters worse I've got the pip assessment on Friday.. And I'm so nervous.. X thanks for listening to my wee moan

sounds horible... but the worse you are the better your pip assesment is going to go. Hope you feel better the minute you get home from that :)

Stress can cause a flare too unfortunately. I wish I could offer you some advice that would take the pain away. It sounds like you are doing what you can. Hugs

Hi I had my assement today , it was stressful as it means so much to us , I sated my worse symptoms were from my fibro ,even had a few tears admitted how depressed I have been and how alone you get ,how I can't do things I didn't get off the sofa she told me I was to poorly for medical so fingers crossed X but I wish you well

Sorry your off your meds I would contact your dr about it though they can up the meds to help with the pain .

Good luck

Chris hugs

I am so genuinely sorry to read that and I sincerely hope that you feel better soon. I also want to genuinely wish you all the best of luck with your PIP assessment.

All my hopes and dreams for you

I too am out of action! Everything hurts, can't walk properly. Particularly left leg like nerve pain, lower back, and whole leg and buttock. I think it's a different pain. But i feel confused right now with the pains and not sure if it's nerve pain and something wrong with spine. Dr tomorrow, results of vitamin D. Possibly defecient. I am pretty unhappy right now! Anyone have trapped nerve type pain that's only Fibromyalgia pain? Not sure if i need an mri again, or this is a flare up? Help.......x

Weather? I'm in a flare after yesterday's rain. But is it the rain or the low air pressure that always accompanies it? Either way it hurts, doesn't it? I think weather just makes it worse rather than causes it, but as I'm always in pain it's hard to tell.

I hope it clears up for you soon. Hugs :)

Thanks everyone.. Coping better today.. X

Glad you feel better today as some of the others say a change in weather plays havoc with fibromites and people with osteo. Change in baromic pressures. X

Good luck on Friday XXX

Thanks xx
