Stress can cause a flare too unfortunately. I wish I could offer you some advice that would take the pain away. It sounds like you are doing what you can. Hugs

I too am out of action! Everything hurts, can't walk properly. Particularly left leg like nerve pain, lower back, and whole leg and buttock. I think it's a different pain. But i feel confused right now with the pains and not sure if it's nerve pain and something wrong with spine. Dr tomorrow, results of vitamin D. Possibly defecient. I am pretty unhappy right now! Anyone have trapped nerve type pain that's only Fibromyalgia pain? Not sure if i need an mri again, or this is a flare up? Help.......x

Weather? I'm in a flare after yesterday's rain. But is it the rain or the low air pressure that always accompanies it? Either way it hurts, doesn't it? I think weather just makes it worse rather than causes it, but as I'm always in pain it's hard to tell.

I hope it clears up for you soon. Hugs :)

Glad you feel better today as some of the others say a change in weather plays havoc with fibromites and people with osteo. Change in baromic pressures. X
