hi sorry haven't been on for few days have been in hospital my gallbladder was playing up.was supposed to have it removed Monday gone but op was cancelled.going back into hospital tomorrow to have it removed.my arms are really sore due to them trying to find veins really hurt when they were putting needle and cannulas in.bruised all up both arms.well hopefully be sorted tomorrow.so awfull on top of everything else.

My gall bladder was removed some years ago, I hope once you have your operation you will begin to feel better. Be prepared for it to take a while to recover fully. Sometimes eating food that is high in fat will be problematic for a time. This is because you no longer have the gall bladder to pump bile instantly into the digestive system. However the liver is where the bile is produced, and will adjust to producing more over time. The gall bladder is simply a storage facility for bile. Hope all goes well for you. Best wishes MariLiz
