I have OR and spondylitis the latest is muscle shrinkage in my legs pain is so bad it wakes me up at night, under going psysio not getting any better at moment having insoles in my shoes see if that works. blood tests are fine, I am not over weight and eat healthy just touching the muscles are so painful do not know what to do some said I should ask on the fibomyalgia, any help I would be so grateful.

Muscle aches are awful. Have you tried elevating your legs after gently smoothing in a mixture of some painkilling gel (if you can use it) and some cooling gell it always seems to help me. I find the hot rubs makes it worse. If you enjoy a bath a few handfuls of Epsom salts can really help.

Hopefully the physio will start to help soon it does take some time to take effect though so be patient. Gentle hugs.x

I am so genuinely sorry to read that and I sincerely hope that you can find the answers that you are looking for. I was wondering if you have ever tried a TENS Machine? I can't use one on my legs as I have nerve damage. But it is always worth a try if you have not?
