I no fibro is different for everyone how often do you get flares and how long can they last xxx

That depends a lot on your body and how bad flare is. Also what caused the flare. What meds you take. Stress level what weather is like. Really just a number of things.

My flare ups can last for anything from a couple of days to a few weeks. They are very unpredictable. I genuinely and sincerely hope that you are not suffering too much with yours.

Yes my flares vary from three days to three months. I once went to visit my parents for the weekend and I was there for a month. Stress either physical or emotional the trigger. Always have a flare when I have blood taken.

Mine seem to last a week or so. But always hurting everyday and gets more intense as the day goes on. X

Mine vary. Sorry I can't be more helpful. They do tend to last over a week and are happening more often than I like these days 😺
