Horrible pain

I have been in so..... Much pain for the three weeks now I can't barely move my body. I hurts all over my neck, my arms,knees, my lowers back, my fingers,I can't sleep at night from how much pain. I feel all over my body my eyes are so dry, as well. I can't do much of anything without being in so much pain.I can't hug my kids let alone take them on a bike ride or play with them. I couldn't tape a box I had to pack up when stared to give some items away. It's so horrible I feel like a big crybaby .I think ,I might need a pony, what should I do for the pain? I need help some advice from the outside would be great.

So sorry to hear you are suffering so much pain. This condition is so crippling at times. Try a nice warm bath before bed followed by fleece pyjamas to keep your joints warm.

Different pain killers work for different people but I find co- codamol helps to ease my pain at times.

You have to pace yourself and prioritise what's important and leave the rest until you can cope better.

I am so genuinely sorry to read that and I sincerely hope that you can find the answers that you so desperately desire and deserve. It may help to discuss your situation with your GP or Medical Specialist as they may be able to give you some different medication that could help with your pain.
