Just been proscribed. Nefopam. Does anybody Know if this works without. Nasty side affects

I have tried it for a few months. I didn't have any side effects, but for me, it did nothing for the pain. Hope you have better results

I want to genuinely and sincerely wish you all the best of luck with your new medication. However, please remember as unique individuals that what works for one may not work for another, and we are all adversely affected by side effects differently. So what may cause side effects for one person may not for another.

Hi ya. I have been taking Nefopam for 6 months, not every day but quite regularly. I get a little relief from it, enough to take the edge off and keep me going a bit longer. I haven't had any side effects so far

Hopefully it will be ok for you too.

I started yesterday can feel a small diverence today but it's early days had very painful hands really hard to cope with but will see how it goes for now. Thanks for your help. Will let you know how I get on

Hi There! I'm new to this site. I'm so miserable living in Colorado. I realized today that over the last 10 years my fibro has gotten 50% worse. This makes me really sad and it's difficult to cope with. Mornings are the hardest for me. I feel like I've been ran over by a truck most days. I do better in the summer and winters are brutal because of the barometric change in weather. I also have IBS ad headaches with it. The stress comes from my husband not understanding it and I think thats where most of my stress comes from. Does anyone know who I would contact about help around the house cleaning because I'm on a full disability. I can't get stuff done like I used to, I have one bad day, then one good day. I'm not enjoying life. I am on meds.
