Sat at the hospital waiting for my 4 weekly infusions of tucilizamab and thinking wouldn't that be nice if there was something like that for fibro cause its good for RA. Anyway my question what is the difference between primary and secondary fibro. My diagnosis now says secondary, I looked it up but still don't really understand.

Morning when your diagnosis says secondary fibromyaligia it will be because you have Primary Rhumatoid Arthritis.

Hope this helps

with secondary fibro there is a/or several prior conditions, mine is OA and spinal problems, Primary fibro is where they have had the fibro as a single diagnosis although other conditions may come later
