Moaning again

Does anyone else suffer after an event. Went to a party on Saturday for a few hours no drink involved i am still suffering now 2 days after.

Can't take time from work as work flexi time but don't have enough to go early. Boss told me to use that if I feel unwell or need to do short hours and is also taking me down capability assessment due to me getting confusion on fibro days with ohu. She also said she has looked at my illness on Internet and could have diagnosed herself with it how rude :/. I do have a fit note from my gp requesting shorter hours but have to wait until ohu as boss won't honour it. To top it all of my feet hurt today like mad x
