Very interesting research thank you for posting. It is exactly what my newish doctor explained to me that he thought that med like Morphine did not in fact help the pain of fibro effectively. Hope that their further research brings benefits to the understanding of chronic pain.x

Thank you so much for sharing this. I am atttending an Expert Patient Programme and they have showed us how to breath better and the benefits that it gives. I think I willnow try now try putting it into practice and see if it makes a difference.
