For those of you interested in clinical trials, see this website:

clinicaltrials.gov/ and type in fibromyalgia into the search box.

It details most global trials taking place and I am told there are some which are closed, but do detail fibromyalgia.

The UK version of the site is here:

ukctg.nihr.ac.uk/default.aspx

Also check out this amazing website:

fibroguide.med.umich.edu/

Help sheets galore tailored to the way you are feeling at the time you need them (you take a quick questionnaire). There are also tips for communicating your symptoms with family and friends.

That's all for today!

Goodnight xx
