Pain getting worse

Morning all. I cant keep going on this way. I am in so much pain. And nothing helping on alot of meds . Doc cant change anything. Awaiting ultra sounds on my muslues . And pain mannment place. Every part of me hurts. I have fibro / c.o.p.d. depression And crumbling lower back bone . I cant take hot baths i cant get into one. I try excrise when i can. I know there are worse people of than me i have always thougbt this. But at the moment it seems never ending. My husband cant handle it. I feel so lonley andbwish i was just a little less pain free .it kills me i cant do nuch with my beautful grandchildren and they ask my why nless they to young to understand . I have been through so much in 2014 i had hisderexme cancer removed from my nose . And lost my sister in law my best freind . This year thought it would start of better . No luck me . Well all who go so much pain each and everyday i wish all well and have a lovely pain free day . And some day someone will make a magic pill for this horribe disease plus many more god bless everyone .

Sending gentle hugs for you, sounds like you've had a really rough time. Have you been referred to a pain specialist to discuss your meds? Maybe you could ask your GP? xx

Sorry you feel so low, fibro can be very isolating and you mention other conditions too. when it comes to exercise in my case this mainly consists of gentle stretches and a walk outside and very gradually building up so that some routine is achieved, any movement is exercise. It is often the case with family that they feel at a loss and don't know how to help this needs discussion. Also keep looking in on the Forum we all understand. All Best Wishes. Lou x

Hey there, your story sounds so much like mine so I thought I'd write you. I too have been through a lot and tryed everything. Now I started on 3-4 drops 2 times a day of (in german) Dronabinol (Its a the painkilling part of the Canabis plant mixt with sesemeeoil). And it actualy helps linder the pain as it makes you somewhat num, but if you don't take to much it is helpful without all those sideaffects.
