NO I CANT I HAVE VERY WEAK MUSCLES AND ARTHRITIS IN KNEES AND OTHER HEALTH PROBLEMS I FALL EASY HAVE DIZZY SPELLS CANT GO OUT ALONE AND ON THAT DAY MY HUSBAND IS WORKING UNFORTUNATELY .CANT SEEM TO FIND THE GROUP ON FACEBOOK.X
