I have only recently been diagnosed after suffering for over 3 years now and just want to find out as much information as I can and anything that people do that can help would be much appreciated

Hi Cruz, and welcome, I have replied to you in your other post, but just wanted to say you have joined what I consider to be the very best supportive and informative forum there is for fibromyalgic's . We are a friendly bunch and try to have a fair bit of fun along with advise and support. Laughter can release feel good endorphins, so if you see some silliness going on do feel free to come and join us, the more the merrier 😀😀

I have been referred the the hospital gym that helps for a short while then afterwards you hurt once you stop.
