Critical illness cover

Does anyone know if fibro is covered by critcal illness insurance. I took out the cover many years ago and wondered whether this horrible illness is covered by this sort of policy

You could ask your insurance company, from a family members experience these companies move the goalposts to suit themselves, worth a try though. Lou xx

I sincerely hope that you are feeling well today? It would be best to check this with your insurer, however, Fibro is not a critical illness so I would not have thought so?

I wouldn't have thought so either, it's a LTC. Apparently we won't die from it -but will die with it…x
