Good morning! I have no had a Fibromyalgia flare up for quite awhile that has lasted 5 days. I am in the Midwest and temperature drastically changing. I do suffer more in the cold and dampness. I have been down since Wednesday. I get up and force myself to go to work because I don't want to inconvenience the staff. I was diagnosed with a bacterial infection Wednesday in my inter lining of small intestine and pelvis area. I a month or so shy of 40 and each year I am getting worse. I want to sleep all the time due to exhausted feeling and the pain all over. I am afraid to even question the doctor on disability because I don't want to look like the woman trying to play the system...however I hurt so bad. I also suffer from severe anxiety and Raynaud's Syndrome which gets worse every year as well. My poor fingers and toes turn ghost white and hurt to bend in 60 degree weather...hate to think of what they will be like when we hit colder days and snow. It doesn't matter if I wear the best mittens or gloves out there...I have tried them all and nothing helps. I live in fear I could lose fingers and toes due to very poor circulation. I need advice!!! Is it insane to be down in bed for 5 days without others thinking I am totally depressed because that's not the issue...I hurt!
