hello connie,

I totally understand what you are saying as I too have very "heavy lead-like " legs that take a lot of concentration to move. mine ache all day aswell. it makes me angry as I cant do what I used to. sorry I havnt given you advice but im sending you a hug x

Mine always feel as though they are filled with lead and it takes all my strength some days just

to walk three steps.

I also sometimes feel as though my tendons are made of weak rubber springs and that my legs belong on a thunderbird puppet. On these days i just dont feel safe, i feel as though they are about to give way.

My legs ache a lot but not much pain.

Hugs sue xx

Hi connie

I am so sorry to read that you are having this issue with your legs, and I genuinely hope that you can find some resolution and relief to this. My legs tend to ache a lot, and it really is draining, and then they get so weak that I find it difficult to walk these days!

I don't know if you have read this? But NHS Choices have a really good write on Restless Leg Syndrome:

I want to wish you all the best of luck with finding the answers that you so desperately desire and deserve.

All my hopes and dreams for you
