Hey all.. Kilt with restless hands at night, not getting much sleep as use can imagine. Any tips 4 this? I take two amitriptyline at night I felt this was helping but not now with my hands..

I am so sorry to read that you are suffering in this way, and I genuinely hope that you can find some resolution and relief to this issue. NHS Choices have a treatment page for Restless Leg Syndrome and I can imagine that this may help with restless hands and arms also? So I have pasted you the link below:

If the symptoms persist or get any worse it may be best to discuss this with your GP and / or Medical Specialist to get to the bottom of what is happening for you?

Have you tried taking magnesium? Really helps with restless legs (and body!). I got some that dissolve on the tongue and they work quite quickly.
