Passed tribunal. Now what about back payment?

Glad to say that I have passed tribunal. Anyone know about back pay. First applied for esa October (2013) had assememt march this year and failed straight away. Payments stopped till end of May by that time had manadory reconsideration with no change to desicion. Put on assememt rate esa untill tribunal. Anybody know what's gonna happen about back money now.

I sincerely hope that you are feeling as well as you possibly can be today? Firstly, congratulations and well done. I am absolutely delighted for you! When I have read posts from other members they usually have had a letter telling them about back pay? How much it is and when they will receive it? Etc?

Hopefully you will get a letter like this any day now? I want to wish you all the best of luck.

Wat group have they put you in you will get wat they owe u but if u get put in wrag group.u only get paid for a year then u hav to claim social security hope it helps x

You will get your back pay buy it depends on wat group you were put in if it is wrag group you can only. Claim.for a year hope you find this helpful x

Hello to all, I was put in the wrag straight off, and had 2 face 2 face sessions with people in the local dwp offices, in the atos section, so where I go from here I don't know, just waiting and seeing. I have kept all the letters from the dwp about benefits that they pay me, sso have a bit of an idea were I am upto, keep posting we all need to 'speak' to others, ttfn.

Hi.i was glad when I won my tribunal I got my back pay then I didn't get paid after 12 months because I was put in the wrag group so hope u have better luck
