yesterday i went for my second physio appointment after being told two weeks ago i hadnt got fibro which i have been being treated for for the last 10yrs tilted pelvis was what i have been told i have was given some exercises to do at first app then at my second app yesterday my mum came with me well we both ended up in tears since last week im in more pain than what i was in before the physio explained and pointed out what washappening to me and what was causeing the severe pain in my thighs i have more exercises to do over the next 3 wks been told i need more help round the house ad to cut back on what i do difficult when you have a lazy teenager and a husband who works long hours and has ill health himself what upset me and my mum was what do these poeple think you do about the pain in the short term im currentlt taking zapain and using perskindol gel sorry to waffle will keep you all posted take care all joanne x

I am so sorry to read that you are in more pain than last time, and I genuinely hope that you can find some resolution and relief to this issue. I think sometimes a really good cry can work wonders!

Sweetheart, so sorry. Have you been to a pain clinic?? I take Opana ER and it has helped make my pain bearable. Hope you find the help you need to relief your suffering. xxx Mitzi

hi mitzi yes i have been to pain clinic had nerve block injections in my grion and hip also a lidocaine infusion none of them worked i am currently taking zapain joanne x

Ask them to try you on the Opana ER. Hopefully it will help. xxx Mitzi
