I sincerely hope that you are feeling as well as you possibly can be today? Welcome to the forum and it is wonderful to make your acquaintance.
I think it depends on how severe your symptoms are? I have to use a tri-walker when I go out as I have a lot of falls! At home I have a stair lift, (but buying a bungalow soon), and I also have a walk in shower and raised toilet frame with seat. Okay, I admit that I am nearly as old as a dinosaur! (I'm 51 really).
I also have one of those grabby stick thingys, whereby I do not have to bend over to pick anything up from off the floor and I have a long handled brush and dust pan in the kitchen (that really is good!).
I have found in my time on the forum that everybody is really different with their illness and their medications, so it is difficult to really say what is best. I would recommend keeping a diary of stuff that comes up that you find difficult as this will give you some good insight into what you may need?
