I am off to an information day for a residential pain management course at bronllys
Hi Colegg
I sincerely hope that you are feeling as well as you possibly can be today? I do not personally know much about these courses. However, there was a question by somebody else who was going on one. So I have pasted the link to this question for you:

I want to wish you all the best of luck with your course.

Hi I haven't been on one but saw a programme on the TV some time back about a 3 week course that was being provided in certain parts of Wales and it sounded excellent as it gave people tools to help them cope with their pain problems in a very practical manner. Hope that you find that you are suitable and get good results.
Hi
I did this at Bath a 3 week residential, it was 8 years ago. It was very interesting but hard work as well, there was a lot of sitting in a classroom situation and the chairs were not comfortable. There was not any physio or hydrotherapy, but they did take us to a gym!!
We had individual assessments and meetings with councillors, it was beneficial and would do it again it was also good to mix with like minded people x
Thanks I am just keeping an open mind my mobility is very poor and my exercise is next to none most days so will see I was offered it at bath but that's about 150 miles away from me x
