The past week I'm feeling weak and having panic attacks.

It's not chronic fatigue, it's as though I'm recovering from the flu kind of weakness. Along with panic attacks. Anyone have any idea's, or have experienced these symptoms out of the blue? If so how long does it last?

I still don't feel 100% , but when it lasted , I couldn't walk and all I wanted to do was sleep , I didn't eat properly for several days , I didn't get panic attacks , its lasted well over a week , but I stayed in bed over two days , I could hardly move .

Hi mitziblue,

I'm sorry that you're having a rough time! I do hope your condition will improve soon! I don't really know much about you for your post contains very little info. I've came across some research, scientists and bio hackers discussion recently. Gluten sensitivity (which is not the same as ceciliac ) and/or poor gut health and/or poor nutrition can cause anxiety and/or pain to some population. It certainly will affect energy level. Good quality meat, vegetable and fruit gives you nutrition your body needs to heal itself. I would recommend going gluten and dairy free. Avoid process food. Ie rice is not process food but rice cripspy or rice cracker are process food. Switch to organic non GMO food and exclusively grass fed & free range beef or butter so that you'll get the nutrient that is suppose to be in that food. Once the cow get fed with non grass such as grain or corn, it changes the meat and butter. It becomes inflammatory. Basically, you want to eat the animal who eats what they normally genetically build to eat in nature and is free to roam about its merry way. You can check out "bulletproofexe" by dave aspray podcasts on iTunes. I find a lot of helpful info there and it's free.

Re: gut health. Don't get store brought yogurt. It won't help your gut. Try kefir milk or water grain or komucha to introduce healthy bacteria into your gut. Don't but store commercial kefir. It's not the same. For more info, You can check dom's kefir making website and join the forum of kefir-minded people and post for grain wanted. People there share their kefir grain and you pay for the postage.

Detox: can't say enough about that. Check with a good reputable natural path doctor for detox such as chlorgen or activated charcoal. It'll help your energy level and give your body a better chance to heal itself. Please take care.

And, don't buy any kefir from dom for now. He is not able to fulfil his order at the moment. Perhaps in the future he will be able to do so again.

Thanks, for the info. I eat really healthy. Mostly vegetables and sometimes a little meat. Gluten maybe a problem though as I'm addicted to cracker's and pretzels.

My friend who does not have fibro was always falling asleep and not coping very well with things. She was diagnosed with coeliac disease and has of course had to change her diet but is now so much more healthy and has more energy and rarely falls asleep in the day. Your doctor could do a test for you. I personally was just on the borderline and did try a gluten free diet but most of the foods didn;t actually suit me but I find that I mustn't eat prepacked bread of stodgy cakes because if I do about half an hour afterwards my energy levels slump and I just feel like crawling into bed. Hope you can get to the bottom of your problemsx

you're welcome. i come across this link today that mainly speak of lyme disease but also chronic fatigue related to parasite: interviews dr. dietrich klinghardt about lyme disease: youtube.com/watch?v=RkXqxRf...

also an interview with an expert on gluten sensitivity and cecillac: it is podcast #61 gluten sensitivity, celiacs & bulletproof. you can find the podcast on bulletproofexec.com.
