Feeling well did not last long
Hi emanjane
I am so sorry to read that you are feeling unwell now. I remember responding to your previous post and you were doing great! I suppose it is the problem with Fibro that horrid things just happen.
Good luck when you have your pain management next week, and I sincerely hope that you feel better soon.
All my hopes and dreams for you

Hi there emjane, unfortunately that is one of fibro's symptoms, makes us tired no energy and have days when all we want to do is sleep, trouble is they come around too often and when we least expect it, lets hope the pain management can help you...wishing you better and sending you gentle hugs and a handful of sunshine .....Dee xx
Morning emjane,
Sorry you are having such a rough time at the moment, it will ease soon. If you are feeling in need of sleep go get comfy take a cup of tea and have a snuggle it will only do you good.
Sending healing happy thoughts

Morning emjane,
I agree completely with gins. I've discovered in the last couple of months since I joined this lovely caring nutty group that fibro is an unpredictable up and down thing. For every bad episode there's often a good(ish) one.
I've learnt 2 big things.
1 don't plan too far ahead but don't let it stop you all together.
2 do what you can, while you can it pays dividends all ways. If the washing up is already done you don't worry about it.
Have that snuggle, sleep if it comes, and try not to worry. The fact you are going to pain management means you are getting action
