Hi bluebell

Well done :) I hope that doesn't sound patronizing.

I found it really quite difficult changing GP's.

Good luck with your new practice.

hi bluemermaid,no it's not patronizing, well yes it did take me a while to actually go & do it but quite honestly i was with my 1st g.p. for 20 yrs i didn't go to them very often but when i got ill almost 5yrs ago & wasn't treated properly (there was so much,it would take forever to tell) to cut it short i was very ill & was treat like a pest & it was only the fact that i saw a locum on one visit who realised that i was bad he sent me to a specialist, so i decided when i got better that i wouldn't put up with being treat like dirt any more...i was still nervous tho,but its done now xx

I had posted you about the baby on a different post but have now seen this at top of page. Please keep us all up to speed with everything?

Well done bluebell. It's always a difficult decision but I think you've done the right thing from the things you've told us about your lack of care. I hope you soon build up a good relationship with your new GP and start getting the care you deserve. x
