The postman has just this minute delivered the post. One brown envelope from Tribunal Services!! Are you all sitting comfortably?.... Then I shall begin! (I'm opening the letter now)..... Oh yes!! Get in!! I've WON!!! Now all I need is the PIP allowance to be agreed and I'll be dancing a jig!!!!(very slowly)... Much love to one and all!!!....xxxx

Thank you Mdaisy! I went to CAB on Monday and they helped me. I just need to photocopy all other documents and send it off. Fingers crossed for this one!!...xxx

My ESA Tribunal Appeal is a week on Friday.

How long did you have to wait for your decision?

I've been told I should apply for PIP but I don't know if I can stand any more stress.

Hi Bluemermaid, my tribunal was adjourned because DWP had not read all my evidence, basically, they messed up! My tribunal was on 9th Jan. Don't be afraid to go for pip, you have nothing to lose and everything to gain! I have been quite ill with the stress of it all but, do you know what? I'm gonna fight and fight until I get what I am entitled to!! It IS WORTH IT!! There is so much help for us out there, most of it comes from the lovely people on here and if they don't know they can point us in the right direction!! Be brave....Much love...xxx

Ninjaanna - well done you!! I'm really pleased for you.

Yesterday I received a letter confirming that my renewal application of DLA had been received and they would be in touch before April 31st as this is last date of my current DLA award. I then opened a 'come and get your eyes tested' letter,quickly followed by another that I couldn't quite believe. It was my letter and certificate of DLA award until 2018 !! I only posted the forms last week!!

I'm obviously over the moon but I'm also aware that there are many people out there who are having a really tough time - to them I would say - DO NOT GIVE UP. My very first application was turned down and I just accepted it, but fought them at the suggestion of my GP and won.

Hang in there everyone. I know it's not an easy process and it sure saps the energy from your very marrow, but try and stay positive.

Hi janlou, sorry I can't help you with that one! I've only just got my forms to fill in. I'm sure someone else would know, why don't you ask the same question and post it on the forum! Good luck for Tues, let me know how you got on! and maybe give me a few tips!!....xxx
