Hello Colegg, I know how you feel, I have days where I can't get warm & nothing helped. A friend suggested I tried a teaspoon of cayenne pepper to half a mug of water. The cayenne pepper helps get your circulation going. The pepper is quite strong but it does seem to help. Good luck, gentle hugs sent to you XX

Hey there :) moan away, my legs have been going into spasm and also my back since yesterday morning and I do think the weather isn't helping. Its so cold brrrrrrrrr

Wrap yourself up with a hot water bottle on your back and drink something warm, also do you use a pain gel because I personally find them useful when my back starts spasming. I don't know about you but for me the less my back spasms the less the rest of me spasms :)

Sending lovely warming fluffies in sunshiny colours to help keep you warm

:) xxxsianxxx :) In bed with electric blanket on fully clothed and a dressing gown ;)

I am feeling a bit down myself, flipping weather I can start with the top of my head, It feels like my skull and scalp are on fire. The pain in my back starts in my neck and goes down to my hips. Arms so painful having to use a pillow under elbow to let me type and cold. so cold. But hey lets look on the bright side i have just read on BBC news that shivering help you to lose weight, if thats true and this weather lasts much longer, think how slim we will be by summer. You know what I say to that? thrrrrrrrrrrrrr( blows raspberry) stick that, I`d rather be warm and fat thanks.

Thanks for reply I use volterol gel think it works great but doesn't help in a bad situation I don't drink hot drinks as can't boil a kettle most days and can't bare the thought of hot liquid in my mouth so drink squash and pop I don't usually suffer with getting warm but today I have to the extent my hands hurt I am on loads of medication for spasms cramp pain and now been put back on the patches so fingers crossed they will eventually help go been great at trying to sort problems long term but sometimes I wish there was a magic injection that would take the pain away for awhile but I know it's not a long term solution and would rather long term pain relief than short term

Hugs to all that are suffering and reply it's nice to know your not on your own when 4-5 days a week I am spending 18 hours a day in bed as I hurt so much just wish I could sleep whilst in bed xxxx

Ooooh that's a whole load of stuff to deal with. . .Cuddle those fluffies and try some Jaffa cakes. You can have mine. I'm on a high at the mo despite the weather related aches so you can have a share of that as well. Gentle hugs and vibes :) :)

Fine thanks Sue. Good looong meeting with someone who knows what she was talking about. See their Doc in 2 weeks with further reviews. Keep working at pres. Made her laugh, Last night was bad, no surprises so apparently I looked shattered. I think that helped show I wasn't swinging the lead. Always wary of that reaction about "making it up". :P :P

How's you x :) :)

Can I join the fed up with the flipping weather club please, I'm feeling so cold, achey and tired, even the doglets aren't warming me up, they are fed up as it's so wet and they clearly don't want to get their paws wet. Need something to lift me out of this gloom :o

How lovely of you both, please could I have a teacake instead of a Jaffa cake please and thank you. I can't do either chocolate or oranges , so a Jaffa cake is definitely on the eeeuuughhh list. The decaf coffee is absolutely delicious, must be Lavazza , oh you do spoil me :D :D :D
