A two week rehab programme? Any thoughts?

I got my letter through this morning informing me of the dates for the rehab, 3rd Feb to 14th Feb. Coming home for the weekend in between. I'm so worried about this and how it is going to help me or i am going to suffer for it - trying to think positively but it's so hard to do so when just getting out of bed wears me out and i've got to go through 2wks 9 til 3 of physical and mental rehab.

What does it involve.? I did a fibromyalgia pain management course and it really helped. Mine was 3 hourly sessions for 12 weeks.

That is what I had. I do recommend it. I was also offered extra help at the end of everything which has been wonderful. I actually think the all day sessions might be better than you think. They don't keep you hopping and you will get regular breaks I expect. Our course we had very regular breaks and were encouraged to take them. Some ladies actually were able to stretch out on beds during the course.

Good luck and let us know how you get on.

Hello

I've never heard of this but I wish you luck for it.

I always say to take any help you can get, even if you only remember bits of it.
