I find myself once again shattered and hardly able to open my Eyes.. Yet when I go to bed which I did four times last night - did I drop off nay course not if any thing woke up!. So I slept from 10.30 till 2.00 after which I counted sheep. count sheep sheep. black sheep white good ness there is a yellow one.......... I feel exhausted and as if I have hidden my brain somewhere..................... Now I have developed pain in my Muscles starting with my fingers and moving up forearm past my elbow then into my upper arm. So bad I could not drive. I have double vision as well and was forced to pull over and let OH drive and he scares me whit-less he can never make up his mind which lane to be in and then he shouts at me of course it is my fault.

My arm does not seem to be relenting and I sit with it is a sling. My head itches is this something new or am I going to encounter this again. There is a heat in my muscles and pins and needles raging down to my fingers/

It is so dark out side and some how it is now 7.00 OH is lumbering about he will want his stocking on next. Oh well another day. Sorry for the twine...............................Never mind Christmas is coming! Head up !

Morning gins, so sorry to hear you are feeling rough, but I have to be honest, I had a good chuckle at the way you wrote it down, I always do, you have a knack of making it sound like a little comedy story, ..but I truly mean it when I say I'm sorry you are feeling bad, I do feel for you I was like that most of last week, ....but you have made my day as usual reading your message, ever thought of writing a comedy story, you would be good...lol... Sending you a Special healing hug....Dee xxx

good morning gins, sorry your having such a bad time, it is terrible not been able to sleep, I have started counting horses instead of sheep, just for a change. Like the others have said could you leave the lights for a few days? but I also understand if its planned you would want to get it done.

Try to take it as easy as you can, be kind to your self.

sending lots of gentle hugs

Do your sheep and horses behave themselves and jump the fence in an orderly fasion? Mine never do they either all jump over together or just stand and stare at me from the other side of the gate. Maybe I should set my collie on them.? but maybe not she d more than likely chase them the wrong way and then Id have to run after them and I just do not have the energy for that.......sue

Totally off subject in one way i.e. not sleep related, but I just went outside to walk to my village shop, on the way I stopped dead in my tracks and listened, surely my ears were deceiving me........ nope , they weren't ....... the first lambs of the season have started to arrive, a plaintive bleating was what I heard, oh my, I do hope they either pop them inside when the cold weather arrives or put little jackets like they did a couple of years ago .....schweeeeee :-)

The reason I started counting horses instead of sheep was because the sheep kept running around and I kept loosing count, so I thought horses would be better as there are bigger, but alas no, they are as naughty as the sheep. I don't have a dog, I wonder if a cat could do the job? on the other hand I thought I might get some goats as I believe they have a calming effect on horses, but not sure how they would get on with the sheep, oh its all so confusing!

Awww (((gins))) rarified Foggy hugs for you, it sounds like you have got off to a very bad start to the day, poor you. I do the night watch most nights, as the brain which has been evading me all day decides to arrive and play havoc keeping me awake sometimes until 3am, more often until nearly 5am and on really fun days until nearly 7am, when the brain realises the day job is looming, and departs, leaving me to doze. I try many things to sleep none of which seem to work and then something will really start hurting which then requires repositioning time and again. .ggrrrrrr..... You really have my full sympathy on this one dear gins !!

I'm so sorry you've got this nasty pain attacking your hands arms, etc., I really hope the doctor is able to help, but you sound a tad resigned to the outcome, which makes me sad for you :-( I hope though that maybe it could be better than you think.

Sending huge huge amounts of positive healing vibes your way my friend :-) :-)

Gentle hugs. Not being able to sleep is horrible as I'm going through the same right now. Do you find listening to meditation/relaxation type CDs might help a little?

Hugs
