Hi, Does your boyfriend work or claim benefits? are you in the support group of ESA? is it income related ESA you get? (sorry for all the questions) if it's income related and your boyfriend works more than 24 hours a week this will affect you benefits. if its contributions based then I think you should be ok. do you get DLA/PIP?

Contribution based only lasts a year though? So if you've been on it for a while it might be that you don't qualify for income related due to his income. If you're getting worse, perhaps you should consider applying for PIP?

You can try claiming pip, but you need to go see citizens advice or similar for help with that, good luck.
