Well today is my last day of employment
Hi tovi , I echo exactly what Jilly has said, sometimes it has to be this way, for you and your own health, that is the most important thing.
Foggy x
Yes I totally agree with foggy.I had to make that same decision 7 years ago myself. It was hard at the time and I had to go through a kind of grieving process for the fact that I couldn't work but you have to put your health first. It has helped me a lot getting DLA as well as my benefits x
Hi there tovi I had to give up work because of fm me and other illnesses and it was awful because I wasn't used to doing nothing I try to pace myself in the day but it is so hard . I get dla but got refused ESA how strange is that anyway look after yourself hunny and try to pace yourself rest when your body tells you too x

I do feel for you I have dropped £25k a year and it hurts.

Can so relate.I had to give up work 5 years ago. Also I was studying at night and I had to give that up.It has been so difficult.I hate myself that I can no longer work
It's hard I know. But you will adjust and hopefully feel a little better without the stress of trying to hold down a job when you feel so bad. Big gentle hugs.
