Change in weather hurts !!

How is eve ryone doing with change in the weather , the humidity made me sore but the wind , rain and cold hurts sooo much !! My legs are constantly burningvand pulsing on top of everything else we go through ! Big hugs to all xxxx

Yes I agree,now the weather has changed I have noticed that my symptoms increase.I dread the winter as I normally go into hibernation mode lol!I normally have more bad days than good.Ive just joined a gym so iam hoping that the exercise will help,that's if I can get there!Big hugs to you too xx
