I worked for DWP p/t for 11 years.

Malicious anonymous report on me re disabilities - day I was given a fit note by GP saying was fit but they were not making reasonable adjustments. (was sent home on full pay until they sorted it out)

Manager was a young girl who I did not get on with who had already said in a bullying grievance I put in against another manager that she was there and I was aggressive - she wasn't! hmmm 2+2=4 me thinks

Anyway. Has a feeling I was being followed, even reported it to the police.

Caught them a few days later and confronted them. Gobsmacked that they were alleging I was committing benefit fraud!

Got to tribunal judge was awful. appealing to upper tier and he sent it straight back to another 1st tier tribunal. This happens this thursday.

Lost my job through it have had employment tribunal and waiting for imminent results.

I have L4+5 bulges going inwards to my spine causing permanent sciatica radiated pain etc.

Depression + urge incontinence plus they think it is the bulges that have killed my bladder nerves off. Now waiting to see if fusing my spine is what they want to do.

On top of that I broke my foot and ripped a chunk of bone out which they removed but my foot is no better and is arthritic so going to fuse my foot too.

On top of that I am awaiting a diagnosis on Fibromyalgia.

There is a terrible video with no dates no timings. It goes off and on several times and was done over 3 different days. Leave my car walk x number of feet rest and video goes off at that point. start walking again and when I rest they cut the video.

Not taking me to court for fraud and it is alleged I have failed to inform them of a change ie I am better.

I am not better and I a just about housebound. Unless someone takes me out.

Can anyone please help me? Just general advice and anything that could help me.

I have asked for their witnesses to attend as the two guys who gave evidence against me deserve a jackanory trophy. Can prove them wrong on several things.

You sound as you've been through the mill, not sure what advice I can give really, can u not get access to unedited video footage they must have taken, stick to your guns, try and stay strong, good luck.x

Wow yes wow when will they learn not to judge a book by its cover. To find yourself followed is an infringement on your civil liberty. I am disgusted on your behalf. I too have stenossis of the lower spine and herniated disc very painful and life altering.

Can I advise you afraid not but I am here if you need an ear at any time. As Zorago said stick to your guns and if you get called back try and take someone with you as an independent witness. I really feel it is criminal the way we are treated.

Wow that's awful. Pretty scary when you think that departments supposed to help those most in need. My only advice is get a good lawyer.

It sounds like George' Orwell's 1984. We are meant to live in fear of being watched, fear of have benefits cut, or even worse, charged with fraud... soon everyone on ESA will be tagged or have a camera in their home. Its enough to make you sick...
