I've not written anything for a while but have been on reading other peoples posts, but just had to let you know I have just got ESA Support Group with no medical. I think I got it because I sent soo much info with my form, and did not just tick the boxes. I just wanted to let you know that I think this helped.

I'm with you Goldwing, whenever I am completing forms, I also give as much information as possible simply because FMS cannot be described by ticking boxes and generally because the questions are so off-the-wall.

Good luck to anyone completing forms.

Could you please tell me where do I get the forms from,I haven't a clue! ????? Thanks xxx

I am in support group and will have been on it for 6 months at end of sept, but still have txts from thee WRAG group every fortnight , so probably guess I be get signed off by the end of sept., as i have appointments with pain clinic and my consultant before then ..thnx

yes i got it originally for about 8 months with just a sick note. Then got a letter inviting me in for a review. After that they stop everything so i couldn't even pay the rent. I took a lot of evidence to that meeting but the still said no. what into did you take?
