I hope the sun is shinning for you all. Was last night a good night or a bad one. We tend to have such strange nights what do you all do to get through the night do you count sheep pink elephants clowns what. I imagine myself at a fancy dress ball - yes I always get the hero!

That's a brilliant idea, I'm not that inventive though lol. I tend to read one of my books on my phone, if I can't get comfortable I go downstairs and put the TV on quietly with all the lights off and try and fall asleep that way.

Slept ok last night as had next dosage change in pregablin for the week.

Hope you slept well is it synny where you are? It's lovely and sunny here on the Isle of Wight.

oh becky the iow I love it we love it we come over every year sometimes 2 or maybe more u lucky lucky girl lol, we talked about moving there we love it so much we normally stay in rookley island view holidays they have bungalows round a beautiful fishing lake its so peaceful the ducks come up the the patio doors hot or cold we love it and im there in my mind right now lol xxx we have sunshine today I can see sitting here out to the back garden we have let the budlia over grow and the butterflies are playing around it they love it I should be at work but im unwell again today better so far than yesterday so hope I can go back tomorrow well have a lovely day everyone and you too becky on the lovely sunny iow, im so jealous xxx gentle hugs

Have you come aBeckyss to the Island during the winter mobths? The only reason I ask is that it can be a bit bkeak in the seaside towns as most places virtually cl

If you're thinking of moving here in the future it might be a good idea to visit then

If uou can cope in the winter months you'll be fine.

I moved here about 16 years ago and have no intention of moving back to the main land in the near future.

I hope you've had sunshine today and hope you're feeling well enough to return to work.

yes we mainly come in dec or jan sometimes march we have been lots of times and been everwhere lol we just love it when we get off the ferry we look at each other and smile and just say we r home lol xxx

I actually had a decent sleep last night and fell asleep again this morning!!!! Just waiting for pain relief to start working, so I can get a shower and sit outside and enjoy the glorious sunshine before it disappears. Hope everyone has a pain free as possible day x x

Hey gins, it's Honiton Show day here, so it's baking hot and sunny........I'm not going though, can't be on my feet for all that length if time now, used to go every year without fail so the novelty has worn off to a greater extent hehehe

I count the number of times my jack Russell thinks I'm asleep and makes for my pillow, only to be jettisoned back to the other end of the bed. Then of course it's the pink elephants for me amazing how agile they are floating around my head lalalalala

Hi gins a bit late in replying have only just come on pc, I read at first then make sure theres no light in my room then play a nature thingy which plays all different themes, like rainfall the ocean, ect my favourite is the rain falling and the waves hitting the shore, the hospital gave it to me to help my tinituse they call it a pacifier, its quite good gentle hug to you ...Dee x
