Over the past few days HealthUnlocked have been due to launch the new platform with exciting new features which aims to improve the use & experience of the community for you the member.
This was due to happen Tuesday as you were aware of some down time, however it was not possible and the team have continued to address the problems encountered on that day. The latest is the platform change is due sometime today (Thursday)
We realise that during this time notifications have been affected and apologise for any inconvenience caused. All issues should be resolved with the launch of the new platform today.
Please be ready to expect some down time at some point today for the launch.
